A confirmation link goes to the new address before the change takes effect, so use an address you can actually open. The link comes back to — if it ever lands on localhost, set your Site URL in the cloud dashboard (Authentication → URL Configuration).

This is the real site rendering live — front/back layering shows exactly as visitors see it. Positions are a percentage of the screen, so both views share the same placement.

Announcement

A dismissible message strip at the top of the site — visitors can close it; it returns whenever you change the text.

Visitors can dismiss the bar; it reappears whenever you change the message.

Maintenance

Close the doors: visitors see a “doors closed” screen until you reopen. The small Sign in link on that screen still brings you back here.

While closed, visitors see a “Doors closed” screen. Sign in from that screen and you land straight back here to turn it off.

Status page

Everything about live status in one place: what gets checked, how often, and how the page looks.

Live status checks (a7md-pinger)
24/7 PINGER
= every 5 minutes · the a7md-pinger container (the package’s pinger folder on your server) is the only thing that checks your services — it pings the feature sign + every visible tile with a URL, around the clock, and re-reads this setting every round (no restart needed). The site itself never pings anything; it just shows what the pinger reports. If the pinger is stopped, badges keep their normal labels and no uptime is recorded.
Game servers & other machines

Anything that isn't a website — game servers, panels, raw ports. They appear on the Status page with the same live bars, but not in the lobby. Drag the ⣿ handle to reorder.

asks the checker to run a round immediately, without waiting for the timer
Port check opens a connection to the port — right for Minecraft, panels, RCON and most TCP services. Game query sends a Steam-style query packet and waits for an answer — right for game servers that only listen on UDP. Website fetches a URL like the lobby tiles do.

Use the address the server is reachable at from your network, e.g. 192.168.1.45. The checker runs on your own machine, so private addresses are fine. Picking a game from the dropdown fills in its usual port and check type — both stay editable.
Status page bars
= the last 30 checks · per-check and hourly bars come from the check history table (migration 0008); daily bars use the older daily totals. Individual checks are kept for 7 days, so at a fast ping rate the strip covers a shorter stretch of time but shows much more detail.

Lobby tiles

The small service cards under the sign. Drag the ⣿ handle to reorder. Each tile has its own size, and its own audience — set Who can see this to keep a service out of the public lobby.

Preview the lobby as Then press View site to look around. Nothing is saved by this.

Sponsored ads

A horizontal banner strip below the lobby. Upload each sponsor’s image (wide / landscape looks best) and set the link it opens when clicked. An empty strip shows an “Advertise here” invite so visitors know a spot is for sale.

Slideshow
When you have more than one live banner, they automatically share one bar and take turns with a soft animation.

Stats

Who visits, what they open, and how the site is doing. Counters live in the cloud, so they cover every visitor on every device — and they're aggregate only: no addresses, no names, nothing that identifies a person.

People & roles

Every account that exists. Owner gets this whole admin panel; User can only look at the homepage like any visitor.

Loading accounts…
New accounts start as User. Roles are enforced by the database itself, so a User can't change the site even by tinkering with the page. You can't remove your own Owner role — promote someone else first if you ever need to hand it over. Accounts are created in your cloud dashboard (Authentication → Users); keep public sign-ups switched off so only you can add people.

Security

Everything that guards this admin panel. Visitors never see any of it.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Checking…
With 2FA on, your password alone is not enough to sign in — you'll also be asked for the rotating code from your app. Keep the setup key somewhere safe; if you lose the app you can re-add it from your cloud dashboard.
Registration
New accounts always start with the User role — the lobby only — until you promote them in People & roles. Switching this off hides the option completely.

For a hard block, also turn off "Allow new users to sign up" in your cloud dashboard → Authentication → Sign In / Providers → Email. That stops account creation at the source, even for someone bypassing this page.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Checking…
Turnstile silently proves a real browser is signing in, which blocks scripted password guessing. The public site key lives in config.js; the secret key goes in your cloud dashboard under Authentication → Bot and Abuse Protection. Turn that setting on only after this page is installed, or your own sign-in will be refused.

Backup & transfer

Your changes save in this browser. Export a file to back them up or move them to your host, and import it anywhere.

Tip: once you've added all your real links, Export the file and I can bake it into the site as the permanent default so it's the same for every visitor.
History (auto-backups)
Every cloud save is kept here (last 20). Open this tab to load them.
